Connecting to Laioutr MCP
Connect Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or Cursor to Laioutr MCP with OAuth, then verify the connection.
Choose the setup for your assistant. Each path opens the same Laioutr OAuth flow on first use.
Laioutr MCP is in private alpha. Contact Laioutr to enable it for your organization before connecting a client.
Connect your client
Open the Laioutr connector in Claude's connector directory and follow the connection flow.
Open the Laioutr plugin in ChatGPT and follow the connection flow.
Open your organization's API keys page. Find the Laioutr MCP card, copy its server URL, then add that URL as a remote MCP server in Cursor.
Cockpit shows the MCP card only after Laioutr enables the private alpha for your organization.
When your client opens Laioutr, sign in with the account whose project access you want the assistant to use. Review the OAuth request and approve the connection.
Laioutr MCP uses OAuth. You do not need to create or paste an organization API key.
Verify the connection
Ask your assistant:
List the Laioutr projects I can access.
The response should list the projects available to your account. If the assistant can identify the project you want, the connection is ready.
Troubleshooting
Laioutr has not enabled the private alpha for that organization. Contact Laioutr and provide the organization name or slug.
Disconnect the Laioutr connector, reconnect it, and complete OAuth with the intended account. Make sure your browser is not signed in with a different account.
Open Cockpit with the same account and confirm that the project appears there. Laioutr MCP cannot expose a project that the signed-in account cannot access.
Component catalogs, schemas, style tokens, and mutations need a reachable project frontend. Restore or deploy the frontend, then ask the assistant to retry.
A restore or migration is running. Wait for the operation to finish, then retry the same request.
Ask the assistant to refresh the installed component list before retrying. A frontend deployment can change component names, schemas, and slot rules.
