Which roles may open the Operations Center, start agents, approve changes and set agents up, and who is told what through the Cockpit's notifications.
Who may do what
Roles
| Who | Can |
|---|---|
| Content Manager and above in the organization | Open the Operations Center, see agents, start them, approve or reject proposed changes, dismiss findings |
| Owners | All of the above, and add agents, change their set-up, run tests, activate, pause and remove agents, set credit limits |
| Developers, Project Managers, Content Managers | Add agents, change their set-up, run tests and activate them too, where the Owners allow it |
- Owners allow it in the organization's Settings, under Agents: Who may add and change agents.
- Pausing and removing agents, and their credit limits, always stay with the Owners.
- Approving a change also needs the access the change itself needs.
- What the Content agent found is shown only to people who may edit content.
- Someone with a role only on a project or an environment sees the Operations Center without its agents, and is asked to request access from an Owner.
Notifications
Through the Cockpit's notifications:
- Owners are told when:
- a run was reset, because the balance or a credit limit did not cover it;
- an agent reached its credit limit;
- a run failed.
- Everyone who may see agents is told when an agent's proposed changes wait for approval.
Agent set-up
An agent's set-up page field by field, what returns an added agent to draft, pausing and removing, and adding further agents with a test run and activation.
